What to expect + why you’re here
Teaching Assistant setup
Step 1: Create a new course
- You can do this directly from the dashboard (click the Coral logo) or from the dropdown when you click on your existing course name
Step 2: Set up your TA - This is your AI co‑teacher.
- Add your content: syllabus, assignments, due dates, office hours, policies.
- Be specific: deadlines, rubrics, expectations, examples, and explicit do’s and don’ts.
- (Optional) Give your TA a personality to match your own.

Test your TA
- Use preview or improve answer to test how the TA responds.
- If you find a wrong or sub-par response, fix it or add additional instructions so it performs better next time.
- Once you’re happy with behavior, share the link with your class.
- You’ll have visibility into all student–TA conversations for your classes.
